Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This Medical GPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit preparation: The visit preparation rating will tell you how prepared the office is for patients, friends and family members.
Provider explanation: The provider explanation measures if patients agree they understood the outcomes of their visit.
Office wait time: The office wait time rates patient satisfaction for wait time during their visit.

Josette Spotts, MD, FACS is a breast surgeon at Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN). She is board certified in breast ultrasound and is a member of numerous professional associations. “I feel it is very important that the breast surgeon takes control of the patient's care. I feel it is very important that I personally explain the surgical options, the surgical procedures and the potential additional treatments that may be recommended to the patient. The care of patients with breast disease, particularly those diagnosed with breast cancer, requires patience and empathy which is what I expect of both myself and my office staff which I believe we deliver on a daily basis.”
